This house was c•onstrLcted by Gerald Haley in 19'76. The
building permit inclu,.ed a detached garage. Plumbing permit
was issued in 1976 to allow installation of two plumbing
fixtures in the garage.
Subsequent inspection slips during construction of the
residence indicate that, during construction, the garage
initially appear to be full of personal property, then the
garage was being lived in during construction. No further
mention of the dwelling use of the garage is documented
during construction, leading one to conclude tha4-. the garage
dwelling use discontinues' once the house was built.
