Petersen, 384 McCulley Road - <br />B) Final Subdivision - Resolutior. <br />The applicant has fulfilled all conditions set forth in <br />resolution #2665 that approved the preliminary plat of five lots. <br />The enclosed resolution approving the fina: plat has been drafted <br />for Council's review and action. <br />The Park Commission reviewed the Planning Commission's <br />request for a 10' wide pedestrian easement running along the east <br />side of the property to the Luce Line. At their August 1, 1989 <br />meeting, the Park Commission voted 5-1 uppusing the request for <br />the public easement. Please review the attached Park Commission <br />minutes. <br />
