NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'-- RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Loma Valley, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Future owner of Lot 2, Block 1 shall submit a revised <br />site plan upon application for a building permit for <br />residential construction designating a relocated curb cut <br />moved 25' further west. <br />2. The aforesaid plat Enall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or <br />Registrar of Titles' Office on or before March 25, 1990 <br />together with a certified original copy of th-s Resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution sr 1 expire if <br />the plat has not been filed by the date specified a:. r,•.
