Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Date: September 20, 1989 <br />Subject: #1306 Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, <br />3280/3286 North Shore Drive - Conditional Use Permit/ <br />Variances - Amended Resolution <br />Resolutior #2511 was adopted for thr approval of <br />application #1306 (conditional use permit and setback variances <br />for pumping station installed by MWCC). The s�.ibdivision that <br />created Outlot A was recently approved by the City on August 14, <br />1989. The original filing deadline date of October 10, 1989 for <br />Resolution #2511 has presented problems in the filing process of <br />the conditional use permit resolution. The City has agreed to <br />amend the original resolution #2511. The enclosed amended <br />resolution is presented for Council action with a new adoption <br />date as of the current date as Outlot A was legally created on <br />August 14, 1989. <br />
