City of OHONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF <br />COUNTY ROAD 116 (WILLOW DRIVE) <br />FROM HIGHWAY 12 TO MEDINA BORDER <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a rr!,nicipal corporE.;.ion <br />existing under the laws of Minneso..a; an•1 <br />TTHEREAS, the City of Orono .)as been informed that <br />Hennepin County will construct County Road 116 north or Orono in <br />th City of Medina; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Orono <br />to consider extending County Road 116 south to Highway 12. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono Council <br />does hereby approve the preliminary design of County Road 116 <br />from Highway 12 north to the Orono/:ledina border. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 25th d-y of <br />September, 1969 <br />Acting Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Doioth� M.
