Mr. Lynch <br />reports no adverse effect on the site drainage. Staff recommends <br />approval of the proposed land alterations based on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Applicant to obtain land alteration permit from the <br />City prior to commencement of work. <br />2. Applicant to provide appropriate erosion control upon <br />commencement of work and until ground cover is restored. <br />Additional Comments and Planning Commission Recommendation - <br />September 19, 1989 <br />The Planning Cor:unission unanimously recommended approval of <br />the conditional use permit as proposed by Lakeview Golf of Orono, <br />Inc. The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission's approval recommendation. <br />
