Silt fence should also be required at the base <br />of fill areas where the slope is steeper than 4 to 1. <br />The elevation of the new wall shall not be allowed to exceed the 956.0 <br />elevation and no more than 6 vertical feet of wall shall be exposed. <br />Planters proposed to be built adjacent to the wall in areas in areas where the <br />wall height exceeds 30" should be sufficient for pedestrian restraint to <br />prevent a fall and so handrail should not be required. However, a more <br />detailed plan layout of the plan-_ers should be submitted for review. <br />The storm water drainage control plan incorporates a trend. drain system that <br />intercepts storm water from the roof leaders and directs it to an existing <br />storm holding and drainage area.
