V. . <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU qt-`l ;'"�%f ;? ^ ,r.. *• <br />NO. 2420 <br />:► <br />Ni <br />dw <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT <br />OF REBECCA WOODS <br />APPLICATION NO. 1174 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council 'r,as considered the application for <br />a subdivision. by Craig Anderson, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution #2269 granting <br />preliminary a. ,�rova1 for a two -lot plat of property located at 375 ea` <br />Street and 3300 Hayside Road; and <br />WHEREAS,. the proposed plat contains two lots exceeding the <br />2��'a lot re m�icnhmreauirerrent as lot area rmeasureemeiit. Both the <br />-1 at the srearuofet, 3P' front oyard <br />ahutting the respective roadways; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been fcsnd to meet all standards of <br />the LR-lA zoning district finding that each lot is of a size and <br />ronficuratien chat will allow its use fo, a single family residence to be <br />full develop<-j without the need of any further variances; and <br />WHEREAS, Moth Lots 1 and 2 have been demonstrated to contain <br />suitable sites for primary and alternate drainf:elds to serve the proposed <br />single family residences; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br />platting regulatio..:' of the City, including: <br />1. �7�mpletion _ .�f all the requirements of Resolution 2269. <br />2.
