Landscape plan <br />Chairman Kelley asked Mr. Otten :chat days and hours of the <br />day his business would be in operr.tion. Mr. Otten replied L:iat <br />the business is open 7 days per week from Easter to Christmas <br />from daylight to dark. Kelley also asked about security <br />lighting. Mr. Otten said t}.at he had not determined to what <br />degree he would need such lighting. N_abusth suggested that Mr. <br />Otten include that information should be shown on the final <br />lighting plan. Planning Commissioner Johnson asked the applicant <br />when he intended to begin construction? Mr. Otten said that he <br />would begin in the fall. Johnson suggested that the access off <br />of Highway i2 be subject to approval by MNDOT. Kelly agreed to <br />amend his motion to reflect thLt; Cohen seconded.
