A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL IF A <br />A PLAT AT 375 LEAF STREOf AND <br />3300 BAYSIDE ROAD <br />APPLICATION NO. 1442 <br />WHEREAS, The Landschute Group, Inc. (hereinafter "the <br />applicants") on July 27, 1989 filed a formal subdivision <br />application with the City for approval of a two -lot residential <br />plat of property legally described as: <br />All of Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision Number 203, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, EXCEPT that part describ, as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner thereof; thence West along <br />the south line of said Lot 12 a disc- nce of 310 feet; thence <br />North and parallel with the east 1. a of said Lot 12, to the <br />right-of-way line of the Minnesota Western Railroad; thence <br />Southeasterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 12 to the <br />Northeast corner thereof; thence South 80 feet to place of <br />beginning. <br />All of Lot 13, Auditor's Subdivision Number 203, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, EXCEPT that part described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner thereof; thence West along <br />the North line of said Lot 13 a distance of 310 feet; thence <br />South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 13 a <br />distance of 124.7 feet; thence East and parallel with the <br />North Iine of said Lot 13 a distance of 310 feet; thence <br />North 124.7 feet to place of beginning. <br />All of Lot 18 and the West 121 feet of Lot 16 in Auditor's <br />Subdivision Number 203, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "the property") and; <br />WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City <br />of Orono Zoning and Platting Codes, the Orono Planning Commission <br />held a public hearing on August 21, 1989, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were <br />given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, at their regular meetings held on September 11 <br />and September 25, 1989, the Orono City Council con..idered the <br />subdivision application of The Landschute Group, Inc. noting the <br />following findings of fact: <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
