FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br /> construction of the Ring Route Road from the intersection at North <br /> Shore Drive and Bayside Road north and northeasterly to the inter- <br /> section at 6tn Avenue No. and Watertown Rd. using 100/ M.S.A. funds, <br /> bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br /> following bids �rere received complying with the advertisement: <br /> Contractor Bid <br /> Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. �622,719.00 <br /> Hardrives. Inc. $648,55z.00 <br /> C. S� McCrossan Inc. $832,094.00 <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. <br /> of Buffalo, Minnesota is the lowest reponsible bidder, <br /> NO W, THEREFO�, BE IT RESpLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA; <br /> � 1 . The Mayor and Clerk-Administrator are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Buffalo <br /> Bituminous of Buffalo, Minnesota in the City of Orono, Minnesota <br /> for the construction of the Ring Route Rd. from the intersection <br /> at North Shore Drive and Bayside Road north and northeasterly to <br /> the intersection at 6th Avenue North and Watertown Rd. using 1000 <br /> M.S�A� f'unds, according to the plans and specifications therefore <br /> approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk-Administrator. <br /> 2.
