The City operates under a statutory form of government <br />consisting of a five -member City Council of which the Mayor is a voting member. <br />The City Manager and Finance Director are responsible for adminiFtrative details <br />and f_nancial records. <br />WFLQYEE$_:__ZENS 1 C'N5 <br />The City has 36 full-time and 13 part-time employees including 16 police officers. <br />Twenty-five employees are enrolled in the PERA coordinated plan (Public Employees <br />Retirement Association pension )lan administered by the State of Minnesota in <br />conjunction with Social Security). The Basic Plan requires an employee <br />contribution of 8.23% of annual earnings and an employer contribution of 10.73%. <br />The Coordinated Plan, in conjunction with Social Security, requires a 4.23% <br />employee contribution and a 4.48% employer contribution.
