The City Clerk and other officers and employees <br />of the City are hereby authorized and directed to furnish to <br />the attorneys approving the Bonds, on behalf of the Purchaser <br />of tâ–º:e Bonds, certified copies of all proceedings and <br />certificates as to facts as shown by the books and records of <br />the CiLy, to show the proceedings taken in connection with the <br />improvements to be financed and the Bonds, and the right and <br />authority of the City to issue the Bonds, and all such <br />certified copies and certifications shall be deemed <br />representations of fact on the part of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member and upon vote <br />being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />-16- <br />
