Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice th--�reof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the City Hall in Orono, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />the llth day of September, 1989 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for <br />the purpose of considering bids for the purchase of $2,300,000 <br />General Obligation Water and Sewer Revenue bonds, Series 1989, <br />as advertised for sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits <br />showing publication of the notice of sale in the official <br />newspaper and in The Northwestern Financial Review, which <br />affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and ordered <br />placed on file. <br />The City Clerk then presented the sealed bids <br />received prior to 11:00 o'clock A.M. and opened by the Finance <br />Director pursuant to the notice of sale for the General <br />Obligation Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1989.
