The current owner has removed <br />the former deck and pool constructed in the west and front yard <br />in 1983. It is the applicants current plan to install a pool and <br />pool house in approximately the same yards. In reviewing the <br />City files it is not clear under what directives the permit of <br />1983 was issued. But in review of the survey, Exhibit F, it <br />appears that the permit may have been issued on the basis that <br />the terrace and pool where attached to the principal structure. <br />Clearly the current proposal involves detached accessory <br />structures. Review Exhibit D. Applicant's attorney has asked <br />the City to define the front lot line for this property as access <br />
