IONS <br />Based upon one or more of the findings noted above, the <br />Orono City Council herelol rants a variance to the Municipal <br />Zoning Code Section -10.03, Subdivision 9 (D) to permit the <br />construction of a horse barn to be located nearer the front lot <br />line _han the principa' building on the property, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Only the 864 square foot barn is approved for <br />construction at this time. <br />2.
