Purpose.
The LR-lA One -Family Lakeshore Residential
District is intended to provide a district which
will allow a combination of low -density residential
development and limited agricultural activity.
Planned residential developments may be allowed
by conditional use permits. The proposed land
use may not endanger the quality of stormwater
runoff into Lake Minnetonka or Long Lake.
Because of the location of the district near Lake
Minnetonka or Long Lake, special regulations
are necessary to protect those natural resources
from the effects of dense development.
(Code 1984, § 10.23(1); Code 2003, § 78-301)
CD6:54
