PUBLIC PROTECTION <br />Sec. 5.36.600. Notice to police prior to <br />shooting. <br />A notice must be given within one hour of the <br />commencement of the event. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.10(8)(G); Code 2003, § 70-130) <br />Sec. 5.36.610. Notice to owners of sur- <br />rounding property. <br />An annual permit shall require notice to be <br />given to surrounding property owners and an <br />opportunity for them to object prior to issuance <br />of a permit under this subdivision, but such <br />objections shall not require the permit to be <br />withheld. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.10(8)(H); Code 2003, § 70-131; <br />Ord. OFFENSES INVOLVING <br />PUBLIC PEACE AND ORDER <br />Sec. 5.36.710. OFFENSES INVOLVING <br />PUBLIC MORALS <br />Division 1. Generally <br />Sec. 5.36.810. Indecent exposure. <br />No person shall willfully and lewdly expose <br />his person or his private parts, or procure another <br />to so expose himself; and any open or gross <br />lewdness or lascivious behavior, or any act of <br />public indecency is prohibited. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.20(4); Code 2003, § 70-201) <br />State law references —Indecent exposure, Minn. Urinating, defecating. <br />No person shall urinate or defecate in a place <br />other than: <br />(1) If on public property, in a plumbing <br />fixture provided for that purpose; <br />(2) If on the private property of another, in a <br />plumbing fixture provided for that <br />purpose; or <br />(3) If on private property not owned or <br />controlled by another, within a building. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.20(6); Code 2003, § 70-202) <br />Division 2. Controlled Substances <br />It is unlawful for any person to engage in <br />brawling or fighting. Sec. 5.36.910.
