ti <br />r <br />N <br />§ 4.20.420 <br />ORONO CODE <br />(10) A parking area inside of the assembly <br />grounds sufficient to provide parking <br />space for the maximum number of people <br />to be assembled at the rate of at least one <br />parking space for every four persons. <br />(11) Telephones connected to outside lines <br />sufficient to provide service to the <br />maximum number of people to be <br />assembled at the rate of at least one <br />separate line and receiver for each 1,000 <br />persons. <br />(12) Fire protection to be provided by the <br />sponsor, including fire alarms, extinguish- <br />ing devices and fire lanes. Such fire <br />protection shall be sufficient to meet all <br />applicable state laws and local regula- <br />tions which are in effect. Sufficient <br />emergency personnel to efficiently oper- <br />ate the required equipment shall be <br />provided by the sponsor. <br />(13) Copies of all proposed advertising. <br />(14) All reasonably necessary precautions to <br />ensure compliance with noise restric- <br />tions as regulated in this Code. <br />(15) Written permission from the owner of <br />the premises. <br />(Code 1984, § 5.25(2); Code 2003, § 38-802; Ord. <br />No. 155(2nd series), § 1, 2-10-1997) <br />Sec. 4.20.430.
