It is responsible for preparing the budget <br />document and annual report in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Finance department supports the City Administrator with human <br />resources function. <br />OPERATING COST ACTIVITIES: <br />* Personal Services include the wages and employment taxes for the Finance Department Staff. <br />Staff includes: Finance Director, Accountant/HR Representative and Accounting Technician. <br />* Professional Services includes IT service and facilities service. <br />* Other Expenses includes training and development, and memberships in professional organizations for the Finance Staff. <br />19 <br />
