In addition, the City Administrator is responsible for overseeing <br />the human resource function. <br />The City Clerk and Administrative Staff are also included in the Administration Department and perform various function such as customer service, general <br />administrative duties, permits and licensing, elections, data practices, and record management. <br />OPERATING COST ACTIVITIES: <br />* Personal Services include the wages and employment taxes for the Administration Department. <br />Staff Includes: City Administrator, City Clerk (75%), Management Assistant (85%), Administrative Assistant (85%), and Communciations Specialist (10%) <br />* Professional Services includes IT services and facilities service. <br />* Other Expenses includes training and development, memberships in professional organizations for the Administrative Staff and city wide employee <br />recognition program. <br />16 <br />
