That Northwest Cinema Corporation, the owners and operators of the Navarre Drive-In Theater, have stated for the public record that they have sold the property and will discontinue theater operations after the 1979 season. AND, BE IT FURTHERMORE RESOLVED, that based upon the above noted Findings of Fact and upon careful consideration of � the application pending, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves a Conditional Use Permit for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church to conduct outdoor ecumenical community church services on the property of the Navarre Drive-In T'heater subject to the following condition.s: 1. T'he approval shall� be for services to be conducted between � � � 9 :45 A,M, and 10:�30 A.M, on th e following Sundays in 1979: June 17, 24 • July ,l, 8, 15, 22, 29 � - � August 5, 12, 19, 26 Septemb er 2 . . The Conditional Use Permit granted by this resolution shall • expire on September 3, 1979. , 2. The services shall be conducted under the direction and supervision of Pastor Jack R. Niemi. 3. The services shall utilize the existing Drive-In speaker systP.m and sha11 not use any additional loud speakers. - 4. The City of Orono reserves the right to review and thereafter . revoke this permit if at any time complaints are received - concerning this activity. . � 5.
