City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI L <br />NO. 2655 <br />H. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All. owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicants must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Signed and executed Flowage & Conservation Easement <br />over the wetlands defined as drainage easements within <br />the plat. <br />d) A separate covenant for Lot 1 agreeing to the <br />removal of the detached structure if a building permit <br />has not been issued within one year of the date of <br />final plat approval. <br />C. FEES TO BE PAID: Total Due $600.00. <br />a) Park dedication fee per current schedule: <br />Lot 1 at 5+ acres = $100.00 <br />Lot 3 at 2+ acres = 200.00 <br />Total Park Fee = $300.00 <br />b) Final plat fee = $150.00. <br />c) Legal review and filing fees of $150.00. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held this loth of July, 1989. <br />am s R.
