7. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of <br />the plat easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby ap�;rovec ttie plat of Colwell Addition, <br />Hennepin County, Minneso-a; subject to the following condition: <br />1. Outlot A, Colwell Addition is to be legally combined <br />with Lot 3, Colwell Addition. Owner of combined Lot 3 and <br />Outlot A to grant access easement in favor of Lot 2, Colwell <br />Addit:nn. <br />2. At time of a future subdivision of Lot 1, Colwell <br />Additi( ccess to Lot 2, Colwell Addition shall be <br />relocateu LLo north property line in order to achieve access <br />via a private road. Owner of Lot 2 must apply for a <br />driveway permit from the City of Orono for the relocated <br />access/curb cut. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />w'th the Registrar of Title's Office on or before February <br />28, 1990 together with a L:ertified original copy of this <br />Resolution and executed copies of the covenants and <br />easements noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
