A <br />new septic system has been installed to serve the existing house <br />on Lot 2. Applicants have executed an agreement insuring that <br />the detached accessory structure on Lot 1 shall be removed if a <br />building permit has not been applied for within one year of the <br />date of final plat approval (August 28, 1990). This specific <br />agreement enclosed in your packet is not the final draft as staff <br />has requested minor changes in the wording of the agreement. <br />Applicants' attorney has agreed to complete the necessary changes <br />for execution by the applicants. <br />The enclosed resolution approving the final plat is <br />submitted for your review and action. <br />
