Motion, Ayes=4, Nays=O, Motion passed. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Mr. John Hollander was unable to attend this meeting and <br />there were no other cc *lments fr-Nt^. the public. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />#1331 !METRO WASTE CONTROL CON"iSSION <br />3290 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />RESOLUTION #2673* <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson, to adopt Resc -ion #2673, approving the final <br />suhdivision for the Metro_.olitan Waste Control Commission. <br />Motic)n, Aves=4, Nays=O, Motio.i passed. <br />#1424 WINDWARD MARINE <br />1444 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />VARIANCE/COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN <br />RESOLUTION #2674 <br />Mr. T.i.m Rivers was present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson informed the Council that Mr. <br />Rivers wished to revise his previously approved proposal to <br />construct a shop area on the Tanager Lake portion of his <br />property. Thy original plan showed the shop building located <br />on the nor+- de of the property, next to the residential area. <br />Mr. Rivers low requesting approval :>f a side yard setback on <br />the sout:. of the property so the building .could be located <br />next co the commercial property. <br />Mr. Rivers explained that he preferred to locate L.ie <br />building nearer to the ccmme�:c_al pry-nerty to avoid a cluttered <br />appearance. <br />Councilmember P `erzon recollected that Minnetonka Boat <br />Works had objected to Ar. ^ivur's proposal at the Planning <br />Commissic,. Meeting. She asked if anyone kn,,.w the basis for the <br />objection?
