CITY WTM#*cvr- 3 <br />Yost Office Box 66•Crystal 13ay, I <br />On the North Shore of Lake Min.-tetonka <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Council will meet at <br />7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 28, i989, at the Council Chambers of <br />the City of Orono, 1275 Brown load South, to pass upon the <br />proposed assessment for the Woodhill Avenue Street Improvement. <br />The following is the area proposed to be assessed: <br />Property abutting Woodhill Avenue and Lo s 1 <br />through 5 Woodhill Ridge in the north 1/2 of <br />Section 2, Township 117, Range 23 West, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota. <br />The amount to be specially assessed against your particular lot, <br />piece, or parcel of land is $ You may at <br />anytime prior to certification of the assessment to the county <br />auditor, pay the entire assessment of such property with interest <br />to the date of payment, to the City of Orono. No interest shall <br />be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from <br />the adoption of this assessment. You may at any time thereafter, <br />pay to the City the entire amount of the assessment remaining <br />unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which <br />such payment is made. Such paymerc -gust be made before November <br />15 or interest will be chargec. '_hrough December 31 of the <br />succeeding year. If you decide riot to prepay the assessment <br />before t`�e date given above the rr.te of interest that will apply <br />is 8 prLcent per year.
