RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council accept the <br />information regarding the agreement between Woodhill Country Club <br />and the City as to their share of the upgrade together with <br />establishing November 23, 1987 as the public hearing date for <br />Project 87-1. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by , that the Council <br />accept the information from the staff regarding Woodhill Avenue, <br />adopt Resolution # receiving and calling hearing on improvement <br />and establish November 23, 1987 as a public hearing for the <br />project feasibility and special assessment for the upgrade of <br />Woodhill Avenue.
