Please find the following: <br />1. Resolution #2649, denying variances for fill and <br />retaining walls in the 0-75' zone for Terry Sadler at 1396 Baldur <br />Park Road. Of the 7 � st of 5 precedent applications I noted in <br />the memo to the Planning Commission, I believe you have <br />information on all but Sadler. <br />2. Section 10.55, a copy of Orono's current Flood Plain and <br />Wetlanes Management Ordinance which includes regu3,-.ons for work <br />in lakeshore areas. <br />3. Section 10.22 of the Zoning Code, regulating lakeshore <br />setbacks, hardcover and tree removal, as well as grading work. <br />4. Section 10.03, Subdivisions 19 through 21, of the Zoning <br />Code, discussing grading prohibitions and requirements. <br />5. excerpts from the 1980 Community Management Plan, <br />sections regarding basic Community philcscphy, goals and <br />policies, and the environmental protection plait. <br />6.
