1. Prior to issuance of a building permit, applicant shall <br />complete the legal combination of Parcels 2 and 3 into a <br />single tax parcel. <br />2. The address for this buildable lot shall be 3415 <br />Watertown Road. <br />3. A separate driveway access to Watertown Road is approved <br />for the proposed building site. The location of such access <br />driveway shall be approved by the Public Works Department <br />prior to driveway construction. <br />4. Applicant shall pay the standard Park Fee of $350.00 per <br />the current fee schedule prior to issuance of a building <br />permit for the new building site. <br />S. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicants, but are permissive only <br />and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval, or this <br />variance will expire on that date (August 28, 1990). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />7. The undersigned applicants have read, understood and <br />hereby agree to the terms of this resolution and on behalf <br />of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby <br />agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of <br />title of the property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of August, <br />1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
