(A',so <br />known as P.I.D. #32-118-23 44 0010); and <br />PARCEL 2 That part of the Southeast quarter of Section 32, <br />Township 118N, Range 23W, described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point on the South line of said Southeast quarter, 1088 <br />feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence West along <br />said South line 140 feet; thence North at right angles to <br />said South line the public road; thence Southeasterly <br />along said road to its intersection with a line drawn North <br />through the point of beginning at right angles to the South <br />line of said Southeast quarter; thence South to the point of <br />beginning.
