In addition, they asked that you arrange fo: a meeting with the <br />affected property owners to discuss the various issues of concern that <br />should be addressed by applicant as some of the issues raised where not <br />pertinent to the City's review. The Planning Commission encouraged you to <br />work with the applicant to refine the site planning for the power <br />substation. The informal meeting must be held prior to scheduling your <br />conditional use permit before the Council. Staff must ask that your final <br />revised plans for the Council's review be submitted 10 days prior to the <br />regularly scheduled Council meeting for the month (the Council meets on the <br />2nd and 4th Mondays of each month). <br />Please contact my office if you have any further questions on matters <br />discussed above. <br />
