A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS �, , SUBDIVISION FOR ANNE NIFOROPULOS � � , � � WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal �corporation organized and existing under th,e laws of the State of Minnesota; and " I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations � for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and � WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision by Anne Niforopulos, the subdivider; and �. WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the platting regulations of the City, ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of. the City of Orono hereby approves a metes and bounds subdivision for ANNE NIFOROPULOS as shown on attached Exhibit A and as described below: Parcel A, Niforopulos: • That part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision Two Hund�ed twenty-nine (229) , Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the plat tnereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county, lying Soutnerly of a line draw-n parallel with and 240 feet Southerly of, as r�easured at right angles to, the ;�orth line of said Lot 1 and lying ilesterly of a line drawn parallel with and � 1,070 feet Easterly of, as neasured at right angles ,to, the k'est line of said Lot 1. � Containing 16.3 acres, more or less. .
