Lot 2 has had a drainfield site tested and approved <br /> for installation of an innovative shallow trench <br /> system for the primary field and an innovative mound <br /> system for the secondary field, which sites must be <br /> reserved for use as drainfield. <br /> 6. Lots 1 and 2 are to be served by a shared driveway <br /> with a shared easement along the common property line. <br /> 7 . All conditions of Resolution No. 939 approving the <br /> original Stielows Addition which applied to the <br /> property now redivided as Stielows Second Addition <br /> shall continue in effect including all recorded <br /> easements and covenants regarding use and maintenance <br /> of the private road and the recorded flowage and <br /> conservation easement over the drainage area now on <br /> Lot l, Stielows Second Addition. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has <br /> • not been filed by the date specified above.
