c <br />CITY OP ORONO - NOTICE <br />e Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers <br />t 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, July 17, 1989 to review the following <br />land use applications: / <br />1. #1424 Jim Rivers of 1449 Shoreline Drive has applied for a commercial <br />site plan review and a side setback variance for the construction of a <br />new commercial building on the Tanager Lake side of Windward Marine. <br />2. #14.?,Ward Ferrell of 3405 Watertown Road seeks an area variance for <br />an undeveloped property owned in common with his residence property <br />for the purpose of constructing a new residence. <br />3. *1428 Ralph D. Burgess, Jr. of 2610 West Lafayette Road seeks a <br />lardcover variance and condit onal use pei. It and variance for <br />proposed land alterations within the lakeshore protected area for the <br />purpose of constructing a new residence. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. The meeting <br />starts at 7:00 PM. Written comments are solicited.
