Rivers of Windward Marine, Inc., <br />(hereinafter "the applicant") is the owner of the property <br />located at 1444 Shoreline Drive within the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br />Exhibit A, attached (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, on October 5, 1988, the City approved a <br />commercial site plan and multiple zoning variances for the major <br />upgrading of the commerial marina involving improvement on both <br />the Tanager Lake and Brown's Bay sides of the lake.
