That applicant's access proposal be approved by Hennepin <br />County Transportation Department. <br />2. That applicant provide a site plan that shows design <br />grades for the project. <br />3. That applicant provide plans showing ponding and berming <br />area between lake and parking area. <br />4. That applicant provide automatic sprinkler system in <br />accordance with State Building Code as well as special fire <br />suppression system. <br />5. That access points be defined with curbing per the City <br />Engineer's recommendation. <br />In event the applicant receives a favorable decision <br />from the Courtsr that he provide the area in question with green <br />area. <br />7. Soil erosion control be provided and maintained <br />throughout the project until permanent erosicn control is in <br />effect. <br />8. Th the remaining concrete be removed from the boat <br />launch area and that it be restored to green area. <br />Applicant has provided the following: <br />1. The site plan that shows the grades and drainage for the <br />project. <br />2. A plan showing the pond and berming area and a detail of <br />the baffle weir (see Exhibit "Y"). <br />3. City staff has met with Hennepin County Transportation <br />Department and together reviewed the access. Hennepin County <br />Transportation Department has given preliminary approval# stating <br />that the access proposed is in a much safer location than the
