Township 117, Range 23, and <br />all that part of Lot 1, Section 8, Township 117, Range 23 described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at a point where a line drawn parallel with and <br />distant 539 feet West of the East line of sard Section 8 <br />intersects the Northerly line of County Poac known as <br />Markville and Maple Plain Road? then-e Morth parallel with <br />said Section line 556.0 feet to the shore of Maxwell's Bay, <br />Lake Minnetonka; thence Southv'esterly along the shore of said <br />lake 188.78 feet to a point which is 710.1 feet West of said <br />Section line and also the Northeasterly corner of land con­ <br />veyed by Deed recorded in Book 488 of Deeds, page 237; thence <br />Southerly along the Easterly line of land so deeded 400 feet <br />to the Northerly line of said County Road, said point being <br />724 feet West of the Section line; thence Southeasterly along <br />said County Road to the point of commencement, except the West <br />70 feet thereof.
