A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OP <br />MOELLER'S ADDITION <br />FILE NO. 1331 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the <br />application for a plat by the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission, and agency of the Metropolitan Council (hereinafter <br />"the subdivider"); and <br />WHEREAS, the intent of the subdivision is to create an <br />outlet for a future pumping station, the remaining residential <br />lot has been found to meet all of the standards of the LR-IC <br />zoning district finding that it is of a size and configuration <br />that would allow its continued use for single family residential <br />use without the need of any variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br />of the platting regulations of the City, including; <br />1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution #2512. <br />2. Execution of a restrictive covenant to be filed against <br />Outlot A limiting the use of the outlet for public utility <br />purposes by the applicant. <br />3. Granting of an access easement to the applicant by the <br />owner of Lot 1, Block 1, Moeller's Addition. <br />4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of <br />the plat, easements and covenants in the aunount of $150.00. <br />NOW, THEREFOR/:, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Moeller's Addition, <br />Hennepin County, Minntsota, subject to the condition that the <br />aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either <br />the Hennepin County Recorder’s Office or the Registrar of Titles' <br />Office on or before February 14, 1990 together with a certified <br />original copy of this resolution, easements and covenants noted <br />above. <br />Page 1 of 2
