This distance is 129 feet, 54 feet further inland than the 75-foot lakeshore setback. The <br />proposed accessory building encroaches approximately 20 feet into the ALS at most, and the existing <br />home conforms to the ALS. The applicant has proposed the building location in respect to the pool <br />and patio currently permitted for construction.
