A review of the application finds that <br />the proposed addition would encroach upon the required 30' <br />setback from your south property line. (Note that because of the <br />shape of your lot, your h lot line would be considered a side <br />lot line rather than a lot line.) <br />As I discussed wit:.:-'rs. Rodwell on May 23rd, if you wish to <br />apply for a variance, the deadline date for the next Planning <br />Commission meeting is Friday, May 25th at noon. Meeting this <br />deadline would place yntir application on the June 18th Planning <br />Commission meeting with final City Council action anticipated on <br />July 9th.
