This <br />warranty does not apply to any product(s) that has been disassembled with or without prior approval of HiLo <br />Industries; that have been subjected to misuse, misapplication, neglect, alteration, accident or act of God; that have <br />not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance with HiLo Industries installation instructions; that has been <br />exposed to but not limited to thejfollowing: sand, gravel, cement, mud, tar, hydro carbons or hydro carbon derivatives <br />(oil, gasoline, solvents, etc.) or qther'abrasive or corrosive substances. Product(s) that falls within twelve (12) months <br />of purchase shall be replaced to the owner with a like model and liability of HiLo Industries shall be limited only to the <br />replacement of a like model. The end purchaser is responsible for removing reinstallation and freight of the claimed <br />defective unit and any replacement unit. This warranty Is in lieu of all other vvarranties expressed or Implied and we do <br />not authorize any representative or other person to assumefor us any other liability in connection with our product(s). <br />Product(s) claimed to be defective should be returned with dated proof of purchase to place of purchase or HiLo <br />Industries. 3649 Cane Run Road, Louisville. Contact either of the <br />above to obtain replacement, repair, replacement parts or additional information pertaining to our warranty. <br />HI-LO INDUSTRIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAU OR INCIDENTAL <br />DAMAGES OR BREACH OF EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY; AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS <br />FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF MERCHANTABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE <br />EXPRESSED WARRANTY. <br />Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so tne above limitation may not apply to <br />you.
