Planning Commission <br />tabled that proposal, requesting that applicant come back with a <br />proposal of lesser magnitude requiring less of a setback <br />variance. The revised proposal includes a 26'x26' garage which <br />will be 15.2' from the side lot line at the closest point. The <br />neighboring property owner has indicated in a letter that he has <br />no objection, and his residence is far enough from the proposed <br />garage that he won't be affected. <br />At their July 17th meeting. Planning Commission voted 5-0 to <br />recommend approval. <br />Staff Recoomendation - <br />Staff recommends approval per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation per the attached resolution.
