It would be desirable as discussed to include the City <br />property with this plat. This could be a joint venture between the developer <br />and the City if desired. <br />We would recommend the following modifications to the subdivision. The access <br />should tie into McCully Road at right angles as shown on the enclosed <br />drawing. The outlot should extend over to Tumham Road at Chippewa Lane. <br />There should be a 33 foot roadway easement provided along the east line of lot <br />3.
