LEGAL DOCUMENTS required; <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage <br />holders or others with property interest indicated therein shall <br />sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br />Please make sure that this title opinion also addresses the lands <br />located in the north—east portion of the plat that has become <br />part of the plat with the lot line rearrangement. <br />b) The applicant mus^ Hr’ovide certified copies of all recorded <br />easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Signed and executed Flowage and Conservation Easement over <br />wetlands defined as drainage easements within Lot 1, Block 2. <br />(See sample attached). <br />d) Signed and executed Road and Utilities Easements over Outlets <br />A and B. Please note that road name <br />approval is a separate process requiring approval by the City <br />final plat approval.
