8BCTI0H 3. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orono Is further <br />amended by adding Section 10.03, Subdivisions 14 (C) & (D) as <br />follows: <br />C. Lot Coverage. In all zoning districts, for all lots of <br />0-1.99 acre in total area, the total combined footprint <br />areas of all principal and accessory structures shall not <br />exceed 15% of the lot area. Define what structures are <br />included. <br />D. Tennis courts, pools, and paddocks or arenas, when such <br />accessory structures exceed 1,000 s.f. footprint area, shall <br />be subject to the following special setback restrictions: <br />Front - 30* minimum and not within the required front <br />yard nor between the front lot line and the <br />principal structure on the property <br />Side - 30* minimum and not within the required side <br />yard area <br />Rear - 30* minimum and not within the required rear <br />yard area <br />SBCTIOH 4. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby <br />amended by adding Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (E) as follows: <br />E. Setbacks. Accessory structures in excess of 750 square <br />feet footprint area but not exceeding 1,000 square feet <br />footprint area shall be located at least 15 feet from any <br />lot line. <br />SECTION 5. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby <br />amended by revising Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (E) as follows: <br />Subd. 3. Conditional Uses. Within any "R-IA" One <br />Feunily Residential District, no structure or land shall be used <br />for the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br />E. Greenhouses. Commercial greenhouses provided all <br />outside storage is fenced in such a manner so as to screen <br />the stored material from view when observed from the public <br />street or adjoining lot. Commercial greenhouse structures <br />shall not be located in a required yard area, and are <br />subject further to the general zoning code requirements <br />perrainlng to acreasory structures. <br />SBCTIOH ۥ Adoption and Publication. This ordinance shall be <br />effective upon adoption, and a short summary shall be published <br />in the Laker and Pioneer newspapers. <br />Page < of 4
