All principal and accessory buildings shall be separated by a 60-foot minimum <br />setback from other buildings. <br />An unobstructed, striped drive aisle, minimum 12 feet wide, shall be provided for <br />vehicle access throughout the site. <br />k. A parking and maneuverability plan demonstrating vehicle accessibility, <br />emergency access, and adequate snow storage areas within the site shall be <br />provided. <br />SECTION 2.
