System is baiting because: <br />Poor soil conditions <br />Too much water use for size of system <br />High Water table. <br />Sludge getting into grainfield - tanks need repair/replacement ? <br />Other LDC4-770AJ <br />Unknown; or a combination of the above factors. It is not always possible <br />to determine the exact cause of system failure, but those listed are <br />common factors. <br />2.
