Boa 66 <br />Crystal Bay, 'innesota. <br />Dear Sir: <br />Received your letter dated T;ay 20, 1968 relative to a property <br />that I have had sold on contract for sometime. Am #rateful to you for advising <br />me of .he fact -)at the occupant has left the property and that vandalism is <br />occuring. Called a business man fr-end of mine who has a business in Navarre. <br />He is looking into the situation. <br />Have never met, seen or talked to the occupant of this prorerty. Sack in <br />1958 I soli the property on a contract for deed. It was later sold I understand <br />on a second contract, by the assidneea of the vendee to the occupant. My payments <br />have been coming from a Ralph Sampson, 5208 'Ji^dsor in Edina, Minnesota. The <br />payments stoppe3 cominr, suddenly a --hor tune aQo so I started a cancellation <br />of,,the contract by having; the sheriff get service on Ralph Sampson as hell as <br />on the occupant. The property is theirs to do w'th as the, see fit until such <br />time as the cancellation runs out. Fortunately it will be only a few days more <br />and their interest will be wiped out. At that time I will resell the property <br />to a property imp.,oved as I understan: the occupants let it run down badly. <br />I am currently financing a number of people who make a business of renovating <br />ru down properties so am well equipped to resolve what must have been a trying <br />situation for yourself. <br />Occasionally my buyers in the past have resold to undesireables. Believe <br />this eventuality if very unlikely now as I am making no sales to the public <br />as such but to renovajrers and knowled:-ible ^eal estate men. <br />On the property in question there have been a half dozen transfers since <br />.ny original sale.
