The average lakeshore setback line shown on the preliminary plat shall be <br /> the line used to define the average lakeshore setback for a113 lots. <br /> 7. If the existing mound on lots 1 and 3 is proposed to remain in use during <br /> the interim period, a temporary easement, expiring at the time of site � <br /> grading for proposed lot 1, may be permitted but only by approval of the <br /> City. � <br /> 8. The subdivider shall iinplement all currently provided or forthcoming <br /> recommendations of the City Engineer regarding grading, drainage, <br /> stormwater management and site improvemens. <br /> 9. The developer shall comply with all requirements of the Minnehaha Creek <br /> ' Watershed District. <br /> 10. Subdivider is hereby advised that preliminary subdivision approval will <br /> � expire within one year of the date of Cit�y Council approval, May 10, 2005. <br /> Should the subdivider fail to complete the filing of the final plat <br /> application within the year deadline, it shall be necessary for the <br /> subdivider to file a new preliminary subdivision application with the City. <br /> Final Plat Submittals: <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator two weeks prior to the regulaxly scheduled City Council meeting on the <br /> second and fourth Mondays of the month. These submittals are as follows: <br /> 1. Record plat drawings in the form of two (2)mylar copies (one copy for the <br /> City's records and one for filing with Hennepin County) and one (1) copy <br /> reduced to 1"=200'. Drawings to include: <br /> a. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark Gronberg of <br /> . Gronberg &Associates, Inc., dated March 1, 2004 and revised 4-12-04 <br /> and 4-14-04. <br /> b.
